Delivery Process

Once your payment and puppy reservation are confirmed, Doberaman Foundry will begin preparing your Doberman puppy for transportation. Our team will coordinate the delivery arrangements with you and provide the available travel details before departure.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, transportation method, weather conditions, airline requirements, and applicable animal-transport regulations. We will provide an estimated arrival timeframe and keep you informed throughout the process.

Once transportation has been arranged, you will receive the available flight, delivery, or tracking information, allowing you to prepare for your puppy’s arrival.

Shipping Details

At Doberaman Foundry, we take care to make the transportation process as organized and comfortable as possible for every Doberman puppy.

Depending on your location and available transportation options, delivery may include:

• Home Delivery – Your puppy may be delivered directly to your designated address where available.
• Airport Pick-Up – You may collect your puppy from an approved airport location when air transportation is arranged.

Transportation arrangements are selected based on the puppy’s age, destination, weather conditions, carrier requirements, and applicable regulations. We do not arrange transportation when conditions or requirements make travel unsuitable.

Before departure, we will provide the available travel information, which may include:

• Flight or transportation details
• Estimated arrival time
• Reference or air waybill information, when applicable
• Pick-up or delivery instructions

Puppies are transported using appropriate, secure, and airline-approved pet carriers when air transportation is used. Bedding and other appropriate travel supplies may be provided according to the length and conditions of the journey.

We carefully consider weather and transportation conditions before arranging travel. Delivery schedules may change when necessary to prioritize the puppy’s welfare and comply with transportation requirements.

Flight Nanny Delivery

Where available, Doberaman Foundry may offer a flight-nanny or accompanied-pet transportation option.

With this service, an experienced animal caregiver may accompany your Doberman during the journey and assist with the handover at the destination.

Availability, routes, scheduling, and additional fees may vary depending on the destination and transportation provider.

Travel Preparation

Before transportation, each puppy is prepared according to its individual needs and the requirements of the selected transportation method.

Travel preparation may include:

• Appropriate food before departure
• Fresh drinking water
• Clean and comfortable bedding
• An airline-approved or otherwise appropriate travel carrier
• Required identification and transportation documentation
• Health documentation when required

Our priority is to ensure that your Doberman is appropriately prepared for the journey and that all applicable transportation requirements are followed.

Health Certificate & Travel Documentation

When a health certificate is required for transportation, it will be obtained from a licensed veterinarian in accordance with applicable requirements.

The health certificate and other required documentation may confirm that the puppy has received the appropriate veterinary assessment and is considered fit for travel at the time of examination.

Travel requirements can vary by destination, airline, state, and transportation provider. Customers are responsible for complying with any additional requirements applicable to their destination.

Arrival & Pick-Up Instructions

Please make sure that a responsible adult is available to receive your puppy at the scheduled delivery or pick-up time.

For airport transportation, customers should bring a valid photo ID and any reference information provided for collection.

After receiving your Doberman puppy, we recommend arranging a veterinary wellness examination promptly after arrival. This allows your veterinarian to assess your puppy and provide appropriate guidance regarding nutrition, vaccinations, parasite prevention, and ongoing care.

Our team will remain available after delivery to answer reasonable questions and help you transition your new Doberman puppy into your home.
